Originally from Massachusetts, the surf and warm weather brought my husband and me to this wonderful, friendly place in 1988.
After raising two children in this diverse, cultural atmosphere, we cannot imagine living anywhere else!
Having been involved in residential real estate in Hawaii for over 20 years, I understand our diverse neighborhoods, cultures and unique market. Throughout those years I have not only assisted others in marketing and negotiating real estate but I have personally built, renovated, and sold many of my own properties. This has given me the competitive edge in marketing a property for sale, along with an extensive knowledge in both investing and building.
Also an Artist and Certified Home Stager, I have the background, knowledge and expertise in preparing your home to sell!
